Collie Valley River Fly-In
Saturday 5 - Sunday 6 April 2025
You are invited to join fellow aviators to this popular historic tourist spot, nestled on the banks of the Collie River. Book your aircraft and join in the fun of a great weekend of flying and fellowship.
Fly over the painted Wellington Dam and marvel at the size of the open mine pit. Land on Collie’s single 1150m long sealed runway. Take a tour of the best spots in Collie or just have a leisurely lunch.
To aid participation, the Club is offering members special Hire rates on VDO time from Sat 0900 to Sun 1200hrs. Members can take advantage of a 10% discount on the P-Mentor, 182’s, 172’s, 152’s and the Grobs. (Discount does not apply to landing fees).
Saturday night - Casual dinner at the Crown Hotel & Restaurant where you can eat good food whilst connecting with other aviators and their passengers. Accommodation is available to suit all pockets.

Transport
We have organised bus transfer from the Collie Airport to the accommodation and then back to the Collie airport on Sunday Morning. There is a $20.00 per person charge, which has been incorporated into the Registration process.
A 2 hour bus tour of popular tourist sites is being arranged for those who wish to participate (at an additional cost)

Either Fly back to Jandakot or fly on to the Bunbury Breakfast.

Please complete the registration form on the RACWA member’s portal and make payment by PayPal or alternatively register through the RACWA Reception and pay the cashier by credit card.
A safety Briefing will be held on Friday 4th April for all participating.
