Rottnest Island Bun Run

Our yearly tradition of flying to Rottnest Island and buying hot cross buns in the name of charity has come again. We will be donating to The Smith Family, where your donations will sponsor the disadvantage children and give them the best possible start to succeed in school. If you could bring a cash donation with you that would be much appreciated, we are aiming to collect $60 per aircraft.
The event is kindly supported by the Rottnest Island Authority and by Jandakot Airport Holdings who will both be waiving landing fees that day for event participants.
Via the registration link please let us know how many Hot Cross Buns you would like so we can give the bakery a pre-order - extras are always welcome for friends and family!
This is a fantastic opportunity to give back and have a great day flying. Book your aircraft early, so you don't miss out!
You'll need the aircraft from 0700hrs - 1200hrs on Good Friday.
There will be a mandatory pre-flight briefing held on Thursday, 28 March in the Members' Lounge. The cash donation will be collected at this meeting.
