Young Eagles School Program 14 - 17 year olds - January 2026
Get ready for two action-packed days of aviation fun!
This program is a little different from the ones we’ve run before — designed for teenagers who are ready to start flight training. Participants must be 14 years or older.
What’s Included:
45-minute hands-on trial flight
Meet pilots and connect with aviation enthusiasts
Learn aircraft navigation and flight planning
Excursions to key aviation services, including a Royal Flying Doctor Service tour & Control Tower.
Aviation fundamentals
Explore RACWA aircraft and facilities
Program Details:
Who Can Join? Recommended for ages 14–17 who are ready to start flight training
Cost: $899 (inc. GST, including trial flight)
Duration: 2 days, 9am – 2:00pm
What to Bring: Small bag with morning tea, lunch, and water bottle. Closed-in shoes required. We’ll provide a hat & hi-vis vest.
Tip: Pick up and drop off at The Apron Cafe (upper level, Royal Aero Club) — grab a coffee while you wait!
